Tianjin Zwinsoft Technology Co., Ltd’s ZWIN-YY08 Online Grease Smoke Monitor is a high-performance monitoring product developed using IoT sensing and GPRS wireless communication technologies. It integrates grease smoke monitoring, working condition monitoring, data collection, data transmission, and data querying into one system. It effectively unifies the operational data of grease smoke treatment facilities with the grease smoke concentration data, displaying them intuitively on the on-site device screen or remotely on a PC platform. This provides the environmental protection bureau with authentic and effective pollution data, truly achieving the goal of online grease smoke monitoring.
Users can customize the product’s measurement parameters according to their own needs. Optional parameters include: grease smoke concentration, particulate matter concentration, non-methane total hydrocarbon concentration, as well as the operating status of purifiers and fans. Product Features
– In-situ sampling and measurement with a highly integrated probe that combines sampling, analysis, and calculation functions. Compared to pump suction systems, it has a shorter gas path and processes data directly within the probe, transmitting it back to the main unit via an RS485 signal. This effectively avoids issues with data accuracy caused by gas path contamination.
– Capable of supporting multiple peripherals, catering to the multi-exhaust characteristics of large catering units. It supports multiple probes per main unit, effectively reducing enterprise costs. Additionally, the main unit can be equipped with peripherals such as high-pressure purification modules and stabilized sampling heads to meet various user needs.
– Supports remote upgrades. When the device is connected to the internet, it supports remote upgrades and the ability to remotely modify device serial numbers, IP addresses, and many other functions, effectively reducing subsequent operational and maintenance costs.
– The dedicated grease smoke monitoring probe effectively filters out large-diameter particulate smoke and dust, and is easy to replace and clean.
